Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it with a new one at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided.

How to request a replacement 

Notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by sending photos and a description of the defect to info@perfumlux.eu or via the contact form.

Once confirmed by our team, we will send a replacement product at our expense.

The defective product must be handed over to the courier upon delivery of the new item. It must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying accessories and documents.

Important

We do not issue refunds; replacements are provided only for manufacturing defects.

Returns are not accepted due to personal preferences regarding the fragrance or for reasons other than defects.
